Tagxedo is according to their website, a web tool that "turns words -- famous speeches, news articles, slogans and themes, even your love letters -- into a visually stunning word cloud, words individually sized appropriately to highlight the frequencies of occurrence within the body of text." I used it recently to highlight some of my job skills. I uploaded a photo and typed in a group of words and phrases. See if you can see the profile. I then posted it on my eportifolio which I will share at another date.
